Basma Eissa focuses on persistence ’’Be the best version of who you want to be’’
Originally from Egypt but living in the hustle and bustle of Dubai, Basma is hired as the UAE Executive Director for R&P, a well established Italian Firm specialized in business consulting, while at the same time she’s acting as a Senior Director within the International Business Development for the Private office of Sheikh Saeed Bin Ahmed Al Maktoum.
Being persistent is a quality she recognises as a must-have in order to succeed in her job (as in any other) which also helped her out in the process of getting hired by her current boss.
But what are the aspects she enjoys the most on a daily basis? Networking and socialising: meeting new people for business purposes can actually be fun and in Basma’s case also gives her exposure to different industries, along with the chance to get a broad knowledge on the main topics belonging to a specific market, Emirates one in this case.
When asked what or who is the source of inspiration she has no doubt in idealizing the best version of herself, whoever that will be.
At the end of the day, doesn’t really matter who/what you draw your inspiration from on a daily basis, as long as it helps you in visualizing your objectives clearly and it helps you in achieving them in the long run.
